Ordering

Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces per design. For smaller runs, DTG may be a better fit depending on the garment and artwork.

Yes. As long as the design and print specifications stay the same, you can usually mix sizes, garment styles and shirt colors within the order. Some combinations may price differently.

Sometimes. We prefer sourcing garments through our distributors so we can confirm they are print-friendly and replaceable if there is a production issue. Contact us before purchasing anything so we can review the garment first.

Absolutely. You’ll receive a digital mock-up showing the artwork, placement and approximate size. Production begins after the proof is approved and payment is received.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and production details on file. Garment pricing and availability may change, but reorders are usually straightforward.

Pricing & payment

Pricing is based on garment type, order quantity, number of print colors, print locations and production method. Use our instant quote calculator for fast pricing.

Each ink color requires its own screen. Screen fees cover creating, burning, setting up and reclaiming those screens. Our standard screen fee is charged per color, per print location.

Yes. Pricing improves as quantity increases, with common breaks at 24, 48, 72, 144, 288 and 500 pieces. Contact us for larger runs or custom program pricing.

After your mock-up is approved, we’ll send a QuickBooks invoice. You can pay securely by bank transfer, credit card or debit card. Payment is due in full before production begins unless other terms were arranged in advance.

Artwork

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG and JPG files. Vector artwork is best whenever possible. Raster files should be high resolution and supplied at the intended print size.

Set raster artwork to 300 DPI at final size, use a transparent background when appropriate and convert fonts to outlines in vector files. Don’t worry if you’re unsure—we’ll review everything before production.

We can usually clean up, rebuild or separate artwork for production. Minor adjustments may be included, while more involved design work may require an artwork fee. We’ll let you know before moving forward.

Yes. For screen printing, we can mix inks to Pantone Solid Coated references. Colors can still appear slightly different depending on the garment color, fabric and underbase.

Printing

Standard screen printing turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after payment, artwork approval and garment availability. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Screen printing is ideal for larger quantities and bold spot-color artwork. DTG prints directly onto the garment and works well for smaller runs or detailed, full-color designs. We’ll recommend the best process for your order.

We do not normally produce a one-off screen printed sample because it requires the same screens and setup as the full run. We can provide a blank garment for sizing, and you’ll approve a digital proof before production.

Yes. We offer printed inside neck labels, hem tags and sewn labels. Availability and minimums depend on the finishing method and garment.

We’ll contact you with the closest available substitute or revised timeline before production. We never swap garments without your approval.

Embroidery

Digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file the embroidery machine can read. It controls stitch direction, density and sequence. The fee is generally one-time for that design and size.

Standard embroidery turnaround is typically 10–12 business days after payment, artwork approval and garment availability. Large or highly detailed orders may require additional time.

Not always. Very small lettering, thin lines and complex gradients may need to be simplified so the design stitches cleanly. We’ll recommend any changes during the proofing process.

Pickup & shipping

Yes. Local pickup is available from our Lake Worth Beach shop once your order is complete. We’ll contact you when it is ready.
